THE FREDERICK DOUGLASS FAMILY FOUNDATION has recently released a new Service-Learning program for schools entitled HISTORY, HUMAN RIGHTS, and the POWER OF ONE.Kay Buck, the Executive Director of CAST, the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Tracking, says:
